Will This Be "The Best Car Show on TV"?

You may recall our past article covering changes to a highly rated car show, Wheeler Dealers, which became popular because it included something most car shows lack; a significant amount of detail communicated in a very entertaining style.

But all that changed when Velocity determined the amount of time and effort (spelled $$$) needed to include what most people wanted was coming to an end.

As the old saying goes, "When one door closes, another opens". It seems Dave Grainger's well received car show, Restoration Garage, has taken on the challenge.

Except the answer to our opening question, is NO, because it will not be on TV.

INTRODUCING THE GUILD'S CLASSICS
"You’ve asked for it, and we listened!

The one comment we get all the time is, “We love watching you on T.V. but would really like to see more of what you guys can do.”

The Guild of Automotive Restorers is proud to present an exclusive behind the scenes and how-to web series to give you exactly what you want to see.

This series will go in depth to show restoration techniques, trade secrets and following in-house restorations from beginning to end.

We’ll also show the tools of the trade and how we are able to completely recreate parts, trim and maintain even the tightest of tolerances doing it. Our goal is to educate, remove the mystery, and preserve the craftsmanship.

Stay tuned for more coverage!
