Playboy has given a car (or other form of transportation - 49 cars and one boat) to its Playmate of the Year. Research indicated from 1964 to 1973, they were all painted pink. Cyndi Wood's 1974 Mercedes-Benz 450SL was the first car to remain a factory color (white). The pink paint scheme returned only one more time on Marilyn Lange's 1975 Porsche 911S.

What Happened to all of These Classics?

While researching the Playmate cars that are now Classics, we really had to wonder what has happened to them? Have they survived? Does someone out there own the '69 Shelby GT-500 or the '72 Pantera? Are they still pink? What about the others? If you know, please tell us in the comments below.
