A STORY ABOUT REBELS LIKE YOU

October 20, 2012

You know who you are. You are the person who was told not to make waves, to commit to the norm, and accept things the way they were. You were told "you're taking a big risk", or "it will never work", but you took the chance and you are succeeding.

Urban Outlaw was premiered at the Raindance Film Festival in London on September 28, 2012. The web version was released on October 15th of that year and has been viewed 100,000's of times to date.

If you are a person who has taken a chance on achieving a dream with nothing more than the dedication and trust in your ability to succeed, you will find a piece of yourself in this film. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

From the Reel House Website

"URBAN OUTLAW" is a portrait of Magnus Walker, the rebel Porsche customizer who turned a hobby into an obsession, and an obsession into a successful business. From a workshop in downtown Los Angeles, Magnus obsessively harvests fragments from donor 911s, grafting them onto vintage frames to create one-off automobiles with the spirit of Ferdinand Porsche but an ethos entirely his own."

REBELS LIKE US

Creating Garagistry® was a big risk. People told us to leave things the way they were and that we were taking on too big of a challenge, but we did it anyway. It's working and we're growing.

We'd like to thank all of our members for the support you've provided, the referrals you've sent to your club, and to your friends. Maybe we're not so crazy after all.

If you are reading this, you have a definite appreciation for Classics and all of the things that make owning a Classic great. We're looking for more people like you. People who want to become part of a growing Community of dedicated Collectors and owners.

No, you don't need to be quite as rebellious as Mr. Walker to be a "rebel". It just needs to be in your heart. Becoming a member of Garagistry is your opportunity to demonstrate you care about your role as a caretaker and the future of automotive history as much as we do.

It's a way to make the statement you challenge the status quo and that you've found a better place. A place just for owners, clubs, and the hobby, not advertisers. We invite you to join today and we will genuinely appreciate it when you tell others about us.

Thanks,
The Garagistry® Team
